I am CJ Taylor, founder of Howdy World. I am a Principal Software Engineer with approximately 20 years in the industry. I previously worked at AWS where I built the certification exams, including the Generative AI Developer exam. Today I help teams ship faster and make smarter platform decisions.

How I can help #

Architecture Reviews. I do a full assessment of your system architecture and give you a clear roadmap. I examine what you have built, identify the risks, and tell you what to do next. This is best for teams that are about to make a big infrastructure decision.

Workshops. These are hands-on team sessions about AI-assisted development, platform engineering, or AWS architecture patterns. They are not lectures. Your team leaves with skills they can use immediately.

Advisory. I give ongoing strategic guidance while your team makes changes. This includes weekly calls and async support. It is for teams that need a principal-level perspective without the full-time hire.

Office Hours. Do you have a quick architecture question? Book a focused 60-minute session. There is no retainer and no proposal. You get answers.
